Nikoran 5 Tablet is a medication that is used to prevent and treat chest pain related to the heart, which is called angina. This medicine widens the blood vessels and improves blood flow to the heart, which reduces the risk of angina attacks. It is usually prescribed when other heart medications are not suitable or have not been effective.

Nikoran 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, and it should be swallowed whole with water. Your doctor will determine the dose and frequency of administration based on your condition, and it may change over time depending on how well it works. It is important to take this medicine regularly and at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this may cause your chest pain to return.

To improve the health of your heart, you can make some lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress.

Headache is the most common side effect of Nikoran 5 Tablet, especially during the first few days of treatment. However, this usually improves within a week. Drinking plenty of fluids and avoiding alcohol may help. Other common side effects include dizziness or weakness, nausea, and flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). If these side effects bother you or do not go away, talk to your doctor.

Nikoran 5 Tablet may not be suitable for some people. Inform your doctor if you have a history of low blood pressure or heart failure. Also, let your doctor know about all other medications that you are using as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. You should not take any medicines for erectile dysfunction with this medicine.

Nikoran 5 Tablet is not usually recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, discuss the risks and benefits of this medicine with your doctor before taking it.
