Zifi-O Tablet is a cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including those of the skin, ears, lungs, prostate, and urinary tract. It also treats typhoid fever and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) like chlamydia and gonorrhea. It is effective against bacterial infections such as strep throat, urinary tract infections (UTIs), bacterial food poisoning, gonorrhea, bacterial meningitis, cellulitis, Lyme disease, and tetanus. It does not treat viral infections like the flu or colds.
Components:
Cefixime (Cephalosporin antibiotic)
Ofloxacin (Fluoroquinolone antibiotic)
How It Works:
Cefixime and Ofloxacin prevent the formation of the bacterial cell wall and inhibit the release of essential chemical messengers (mucopeptides), weakening and destroying the bacteria.
Usage:
Take Zifi-O Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage will depend on your medical condition.
Possible Side Effects:
Common: Diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, loose stools, abdominal pain, vomiting.
Most side effects are temporary and will resolve within a few days. Consult your doctor if they worsen or persist.
Precautions:

Specific Concerns:

Avoid if you have central nervous system disorders or epilepsy (fits), as its use is contraindicated.
